Contradictions in the Koran

SEVERAL angels: [3.42] And when the angels said: O Marium! surely Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of of the world. . . . Angels, plural.

[3.45] When the angels said: O Marium, surely Allah gives you good news with a Word from Him (of one) whose name is the '. Messiah, Isa son of Marium, worthy of regard in this world and the hereafter and of those who are made near (to Allah). . . . . Angelsplural, appear to Mary in the annunciation of the birth of Jesus.

ONE angel: 19.16] And mention Marium in the Book when she drew aside from her family to an eastern place;
[19.17] So she took a veil (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our spirit, and there appeared to her a well-made man.
[19.18] She said: Surely I fly for refuge from you to the Beneficent God, if you are one guarding (against evil).
[19.19] He said: I am only a messenger of your Lord: That I will give you a pure boy.
[19.20] She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste?
[19.21] He said: Even so; your Lord says: It is easy to Me: and that We may make him a sign to men and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter which has been decreed. . . . Only ONE angel appears to the virgin Mary.

Allah's day is equal to how many human years?
Allah's day is equal to 1,000 human years. [22.47] And they ask you to hasten on the punishment, and Allah will by no means fail in His promise, and surely a day with your Lord is as a thousand years of what you number. . . . 1000 years

[32.5] He regulates the affair from the heaven to the earth; then shall it ascend to Him in a day the measure of which is a thousand years of what you count. . . . .1000 years.

Allah's day is equal to 50,000 human years. [70.4] To Him ascend the angels and the Spirit in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years. . . . .50,000 years.

How many garden's are there in paradise?
Only one garden in Paradise. [41.30] (As for) those who say: Our Lord is Allah, then continue in the right way, the angels descend upon them, saying: Fear not, nor be grieved, and receive good news of the garden which you were promised. . . . The garden, ONE garden.

[57.21] Hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and to a garden the extensiveness of which is as the extensiveness of the heaven and the earth; it is prepared for those who believe in Allah and His apostles; that is the grace of Allah: He gives it to whom He pleases, and Allah is the Lord of mighty grace. . . . A garden, ONE Garden.

Many gardens in Paradise. [18.31] These it is for whom are gardens of perpetuity beneath which rivers flow, ornaments shall be given to them therein of bracelets of gold, and they shall wear green robes of fine silk and thick silk brocade interwoven with gold, reclining therein on raised couches; excellent the recompense and goodly the resting place. . . . Gardens, plural.

[22.23] Surely Allah will make those who believe and do good deeds enter gardens beneath which rivers flow; they shall be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and (with) pearls, and their garments therein shall be of silk. . . . . Gardens, plural.

[56.12] In the gardens of bliss. . . . Gardens, plural.

How many groups will there be at the last judgment?
Three distinct groups of people at the Last Judgment. [56.7] And you shall be three sorts. . . . Three.

Two distinct groups at the Last Judgment. [90.18] These are the people of the right hand.
[90.19] And (as for) those who disbelieve in our communications, they are the people of the left hand. . . . Two.

Who takes people's souls at death?
The angel of death. [32.11] Say: The angel of death who is given charge of you shall cause you to die, then to your Lord you shall be brought back.

Allah that takes the souls at death. [39.42] Allah takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that die not during their sleep; then He withholds those on whom He has passed the decree of death and sends the others back till an appointed term; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect.

The angels (plural). [47.27] But how will it be when the angels cause them to die smiting their backs.

How many wings do angels have?

Angels have 2, 3, or 4 pairs of wings. [35.1] All praise is due to Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the Maker of the angels, messengers flying on wings, two, and three, and four; He increases in creation what He pleases; surely Allah has power over all things.

The angel Gabriel had 600 wings according to Islam. (Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 455)

How many days did Allah need to destroy the people of Aad?

One day. [54.19] Surely We sent on them a tornado in a day of bitter ill-luck.

Several days. [41.16] So We sent on them a furious wind in unlucky days, that We may make them taste the chastisement of abasement in this world's life; and certainly the chastisement of the hereafter is much more abasing, and they shall not be helped. . . . Days.

[69.6] And as to Ad, they were destroyed by a roaring, violent blast.
[69.7] Which He made to prevail against them for seven nights and eight days unremittingly, so that you might have seen the people therein prostrate as if they were the trunks of hollow palms. . . . Seven and eight.

How many days did creation take?

Six days. [7.54] Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods of time, and He is firm in power; He throws the veil of night over the day, which it pursues incessantly; and (He created) the sun and the moon and the stars, made subservient by His command; surely His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

[10.3] Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods, and He is firm in power, regulating the affair, there is no intercessor except aher His permission; this is Allah, your Lord, therefore serve Him; will you not then mind? . . . Six periods.

[11.7] And He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods-- and His dominion (extends) on the water-- that He might manifest to you, which of you is best in action, and if you say, surely you shall be raised up after death, those who disbelieve would certainly say: This is nothing but clear magic. . . . Six periods.

[25.59] Who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six periods, and He is firmly established on the throne of authority; the Beneficent God, so ask respecting it one aware. . . . Six periods.

Eight days. [41.9] Say: What! do you indeed disbelieve in Him Who created the earth in two periods, and do you set up equals with Him? That is the Lord of the Worlds.
[41.10] And He made in it mountains above its surface, and He blessed therein and made therein its foods, in four periods: alike for the seekers.
[41.11] Then He directed Himself to the heaven and it is a vapor, so He said to it and to the earth: Come both, willingly or unwillingly. They both said: We come willingly.
[41.12] So He ordained them seven heavens in two periods, and revealed in every heaven its affair; and We adorned the lower heaven with brilliant stars and (made it) to guard; that is the decree of the Mighty, the Knowing.

Heaven and earth ripped apart or called together?

[41.11] Then He directed Himself to the heaven and it is a vapor, so He said to it and to the earth: Come both, willingly or unwillingly. They both said: We come willingly. . . . Called together.

[21.30] Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the earth were closed up, but We have opened them; and We have made of water everything living, will they not then believe? . . . Were originally one piece and then ripped apart.

Does Allah forgive shirk?

[4.48] Surely Allah does not forgive that anything should be associated with Him, and forgives what is besides that to whomsoever He pleases; and whoever associates anything with Allah, he devises indeed a great sin. . . . .NO.

[4.116] Surely Allah does not forgive that anything should be associated with Him, and He forgives what is besides this to whom He pleases; and whoever associates anything with Allah, he indeed strays off into a remote error. . . . NO.

[4.153] The followers of the Book ask you to bring down to them a book from heaven; so indeed they demanded of Musa a greater thing than that, for they said: Show us Allah manifestly; so the lightning overtook them on account of their injustice. Then they took the calf (for a god), after clear signs had come to them, but We pardoned this; and We gave to Musa clear authority. . . . .Yes.

[25.68] And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin;
[25.69] The punishment shall be doubled to him on the day of resurrection, and he shall abide therein in abasement;
[25.70] Except him who repents and believes and does a good deed; so these are they of whom Allah changes the evil deeds to good ones; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
[25.71] And whoever repents and does good, he surely turns to Allah a (goodly) turning. . . . Yes. . . . Which is it? yes or no?

Who brings the revelation from Allah to Muhammad?

The Angel Gabriel. [2.97] Say: Whoever is the enemy of Jibreel-- for surely he revealed it to your heart by Allah's command, verifying that which is before it and guidance and good news for the believers.

The Holy Spirit. [16.102] Say: The Holy spirit has revealed it from your Lord with the truth, that it may establish those who believe and as a guidance and good news for those who submit.

Ezra the son of God

[9.30] And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away! . . . .This says the Jews believe that Ezra is the Son of God - the Messiah.

This has never been taught in Judaism.

The Golden Calf

[20.90] And certainly Haroun had said to them before: O my people! you are only tried by it, and surely your Lord is the Beneficent God, therefore follow me and obey my order.
[20.91] They said: We will by no means cease to keep to its worship until Musa returns to us.
[20.92] (Musa) said: O Haroun! what prevented you, when you saw them going astray,
[20.93] So that you did not follow me? Did you then disobey my order?
[20.94] He said: O son of my mother! seize me not by my beard nor by my head; surely I was afraid lest you should say: You have caused a division among the children of Israel and not waited for my word.
[20.95] He said: What was then your object, O Samiri?
[20.96] He said: I saw (Jibreel) what they did not see, so I took a handful (of the dust) from the footsteps of the messenger, then I threw it in the casting; thus did my soul commend to me
[20.97] He said: Begone then, surely for you it will be in this life to say, Touch (me) not; and surely there is a threat for you, which shall not be made to fail to you, and look at your god to whose worship you kept (so long); we will certainly burn it, then we will certainly scatter it a (wide) scattering in the sea.
[20.98] Your God is only Allah, there is no god but He; He comprehends all things in (His) knowledge.
[20.99] Thus do We relate to you (some) of the news of what has gone before; and indeed We have given to you a Reminder from Ourselves.
[20.100] Whoever turns aside from it, he shall surely bear a burden on the day of resurrection. . . . This says that a Samaritan helped the Israelites build the golden calf, and it mooed after coming out of the fire.

Samaritans did not exist as a people until at least 1000 years after the time of Moses and the Israelite exodus from Egypt.

[5.90] O you who believe! intoxicants and games of chance and (sacrificing to) stones set up and (dividing by) arrows are only an uncleanness, the Shaitan's work; shun it therefore that you may be successful.

[47.15] A parable of the garden which those guarding (against evil) are promised: Therein are rivers of water that does not alter, and rivers of milk the taste whereof does not change, and rivers of drink delicious to those who drink, and rivers of honey clarified and for them therein are all fruits and protection from their Lord. (Are these) like those who abide in the fire and who are made to drink boiling water so it rends their bowels asunder.

[4.16] And as for the two who are guilty of indecency from among you, give them both a punishment; then if they repent and amend, turn aside from them; surely Allah is Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful. . . . . Guilty punished.

[27.55] What! do you indeed approach men lustfully rather than women? Nay, you are a people who act ignorantly. . . . . Guilty punished.

[52.22] And We will aid them with fruit and flesh such as they desire.
[52.23] They shall pass therein from one to another a cup wherein there shall be nothing vain nor any sin.
[52.24] And round them shall go boys of theirs as if they were hidden pearls. . . . Sounds like rewards to me. NO punishment.

[56.15] On thrones decorated,
[56.16] Reclining on them, facing one another.
[56.17] Round about them shall go youths never altering in age,
[56.18] With goblets and ewers and a cup of pure drink;
[56.19] They shall not be affected with headache thereby, nor shall they get exhausted, . . . NO punishment mentioned here.

[76.19] And round about them shall go youths never altering in age; when you see them you will think them to be scattered pearls. . . . NO punishment mentioned here either.

[2.107] Do you not know that Allah's is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and that besides Allah you have no guardian or helper? . . . No angels.

[29.22] And you shall not escape in the earth nor in the heaven, and you have neither a protector nor a helper besides Allah. . . . No angels to help.

[13.11] For his sake there are angels following one another, before him and behind him, who guard him by Allah's commandment; surely Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change their own condition; and when Allah intends evil to a people, there is no averting it, and besides Him they have no protector. . . . . Angels guard.

[50.17] When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left.
[50.18] He utters not a word but there is by him a watcher at hand. . . . Angels exist.

[82.10] And most surely there are keepers over you
[82.11] Honorable recorders,
[82.12] They know what you do. . . . Angels watch over you. ARE there angels or not? The Koran contradicts itself over and over again~!

No Compulsion in Islam

[2.256] There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error; therefore, whoever disbelieves in the Shaitan and believes in Allah he indeed has laid hold on the firmest handle, which shall not break off, and Allah is Hearing, Knowing. . . . NO compulsion.

[2.191] And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers.
[2.192] But if they desist, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. . . . Kill them wherever you find them.

[8.65] O Prophet! urge the believers to war; if there are twenty patient ones of you they shall overcome two hundred, and if there are a hundred of you they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are a people who do not understand. . . . Urge the believers to war . . . against those who disbelieve.

[9.5] So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. . . . Slay the idolaters (unbelievers in Islam) wherever you find them.

[9.29] Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection. . . . Fight those who do not believe in Allah.

[47.4] So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make (them) prisoners, and afterwards either set them free as a favor or let them ransom (themselves) until the war terminates. That (shall be so); and if Allah had pleased He would certainly have exacted what is due from them, but that He may try some of you by means of others; and (as for) those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will by no means allow their deeds to perish. . . . Cut off the heads of those who do not believe in Islam. . . . . Do you see that the Koran stresses violence against Christians and Jews?

Inheritance Law

[4.11] Allah enjoins you concerning your children: The male shall have the equal of the portion of two females; then if they are more than two females, they shall have two-thirds of what the deceased has left, and if there is one, she shall have the half; and as for his parents, each of them shall have the sixth of what he has left if he has a child, but if he has no child and (only) his two parents inherit him, then his mother shall have the third; but if he has brothers, then his mother shall have the sixth after (the payment of) a bequest he may have bequeathed or a debt; your parents and your children, you know not which of them is the nearer to you in usefulness; this is an ordinance from Allah: Surely Allah is Knowing, Wise.
[4.12] And you shall have half of what your wives leave if they have no child, but if they have a child, then you shall have a fourth of what they leave after (payment of) any bequest they may have bequeathed or a debt; and they shall have the fourth of what you leave if you have no child, but if you have a child then they shall have the eighth of what you leave after (payment of) a bequest you may have bequeathed or a debt; and if a man or a woman leaves property to be inherited by neither parents nor offspring, and he (or she) has a brother or a sister, then each of them two shall have the sixth, but if they are more than that, they shall be sharers in the third after (payment of) any bequest that may have been bequeathed or a debt that does not harm (others); this is an ordinance from Allah: and Allah is Knowing, Forbearing.

[4.176] They ask you for a decision of the law. Say: Allah gives you a decision concerning the person who has neither parents nor offspring; if a man dies (and) he has no son and he has a sister, she shall have half of what he leaves, and he shall be her heir she has no son; but if there be two (sisters), they shall have two-thirds of what he leaves; and if there are brethren, men and women, then the male shall have the like of the portion of two females; Allah makes clear to you, lest you err; and Allah knows all things. . . . Controversial.

Christians in Paradise

[2.62] Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in Allah and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve. . . . A Christian CANNOT believe in Allah!

[3.85] And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers. . . . Islam is a 'religion.' Christianity is a PERSON!

[5.72] Certainly they disbelieve who say: Surely Allah, He is the Messiah, son of Marium; and the Messiah said: O Children of Israel! serve Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Surely whoever associates (others) with Allah, then Allah has forbidden to him the garden, and his abode is the fire; and there shall be no helpers for the unjust. . . . Allah is NOT the Messaih!

Don't believe me. ALWAYS check things out for yourself!

Our Conclusion:

The Koran (Quran) is full of contradictions, and simply cannot be from the TRUE GOD of the Bible!

For Muslims, the holy war (jihad) is a religious DUTY. The Muslim mission is to convert everyone to Islam . . . either by urging, or by force if the persuading does not work. Both the ordinary people and the supreme rulers are united in Islam. True Muslims must participate in the holy war or they are in disobedience to the Koran. HOW can such a "religion" be peace loving? Recently I have read of some heart wrenching atrocities: man's hand amputated, women in Sudan gang raped and breasts cut off, five church leaders killed because they refused to convert to Islam, people herded into a hut where they were asked to renounce Jesus. Anyone who refused, had a three inch nail driven in the top of their head. THIS is NOT done by a peace loving people!

Yet president Bush foolishly states: "Islam is a good and peace loving religion."

"Islam is a religion in which god requires you to send your son to die for him."

"Christianity is a faith in which God sent his Son to die for you." John Ashcroft  Attorney General, USA
