Replacement Theology Falsehood

2 Peter 2:1-3 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (KJV)

Today there is a damnable heresy called "Replacement Theology."

What is replacement theology?

Replacement theology is also known as supersessionism, and teaches that the church has replaced Israel in God’s plan. These people believe the Jews are no longer God’s chosen people, and God does not have specific future plans for the nation of Israel. All the different views of the relationship between the church and Israel can be divided into two groups: #1. the church is a continuation of Israel (replacement/covenant theology), #2. the church is completely different and distinct from Israel (dispensationalism/premillennialism).

Replacement theology teaches that the church replaces Israel and that the many Promises made to Israel in the Bible are fulfilled in the Christian church, not in Israel.

What does the Bible say? #1.  Peculiar (unique) treasure (Ex.19:5; Deut.26:19). #2.   People of inheritance (Deut.4:20). #3.  A holy people (Deut.7:6; 14:2,21). #4.  A special people (Deut.7:6). #5.  Peculiar (unique) people (Deut.14:2; 1 Peter 2:8). #6. The people of God (2 Sam.14:13). #7.  A holy nation (1 Peter 2:9).

Two reasons why God chose Israel: #1. He loves them! #2. He shall keep His oath to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Gen.12:1-3,7; 13:14-17; 15:18-21; 17:4-8, 19-21; 22:17; 26:4-5; 28:3-4, 13-15).

NO where in the Bible does it say that the church would REPLACE Israel!

What the Bible DOES say is: Galatians 3:26-29 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. (KJV) . . . And heirs according to the promise. We are heirs of God! We inherit the blessings promised to Abraham. Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. (KJV) . . . We are truly heirs of God, and this is in accordance with the Promise made to Abraham . . . BUT . . . we, the church, do NOT REPLACE Israel! NO WAY! We become God's child and God's heir the same way that Abraham did . . . FAITH!!

We are like the children of God (Israel), and in the same manner, and on the same terms that Abraham was . . . FAITH.

Galatians 3:6-9 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. 7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. 8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. 9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. (KJV) . . . Paul is referring to the following verse.
Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. (KJV) . . . How many people today curse the Jews? My friend, do NOT curse them or blaspheme them! God's wrath will come down hard on you if you do!

Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. (KJV)

James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. (KJV)

Romans 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. (KJV) . . . God has NOT cast away His people, Israel . . . nor does He have any intention of doing so! Do NOT listen to false teachers who say that He has! They are WRONG!!!

True, right now there are very few Jews who have accepted Christ, and I believe they shall be punished for not accepting their Messiah. There are some who have accepted Christ, and I believe these are doubly blessed!

The prophecies in Scripture concerning the blessing and restoration of Israel to the Promised Land STILL STAND!!! Replacement Theology people have some major problems that they CANNOT explain. The continuing existence of the Jewish people throughout the centuries, the revival of the modern state of Israel. IF Israel has been condemned by God as the Replacement Theology people say, and there is no future for the Jewish nation, HOW can they explain the supernatural survival of the Jewish people over the past 2000 years despite the multiple attempts to destroy them? HOW can they explain WHY and HOW Israel reappeared as a nation in the 20th century after NOT existing for 1900 years? These people are WRONG!!!

Israel and the church are different. We are taught from Scripture that the church is an entirely new creation that came into being on the day of Pentecost and will continue until it is taken to Heaven at the Rapture (1 Thes.4:13-18). Israel has been temporarily set aside in God's program during these past 2000 years of dispersion.

After the Rapture, God will restore Israel. The first after the Rapture is the Great Tribulation (Revelation chapters 6-19). The world . . . Israel and the nations, shall be judged for rejecting Christ. Israel shall be prepared through the horrendous trials of the Great Tribulation for the Second Coming of the Messiah (Zec.14:4-5; Rev.19:11-21). Christ shall return to the same mountain where He ascended into Heaven when he left an ungrateful and condemned city (Acts 1:11-12).

When Christ does return to the Earth at the end of the Great Tribulation, Israel will finally be ready to receive Him. The remnant of Israel which survives the tribulation will be saved, and the Lord will establish His kingdom on this Earth with Jerusalem as its capital. Christ shall then reign as King, and Israel will be the leading nation, and representatives from all nations will come to Jerusalem to honor and worship the Almighty King . . . Christ Jesus. The church will return with Christ and will reign with Him for a literal 1000 years . . . the Millennium (Rev.20:1-5).

Satan and his demons influence people’s thinking, and NOT in a good way. Since Bible-believing Christians believe that the devil does exist, we prepare ourselves for battle by putting on the “armor of God.” (Eph 6:10-19). We are warned to be discerning: “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world” (1 John 4:1).

Most Christians have NO clue that false teachers are so abundant in the Church. And IF they are aware, they are NOT showing it! Maybe they just do NOT care! Some think the Bible teaches that believers must set up a kingdom here on earth to usher in the Second Coming of Christ. But that is NOT true . . . that is man's vain, extra-biblical teaching (Mat.15:9).

TRUE Christians must start probing to see what the preachers and teachers are spouting! You must ask yourself, “Is it Scriptural?” "Is that what the Bible says?" There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with checking out the teaching coming from the pulpit! In fact, we are commanded to do so! Paul praised the Bereans for checking his teaching against the Word of God (Acts 17:11), and I recommend that you do likewise with mine. We must check out Bible teachers, evangelists, missionaries, speakers, writers, politicians, TV entertainers, and SEE exactly WHAT they are trying to sell! Anyone can use a Christian symbol or quote Bible verses to make themselves or what they are selling SOUND Christian . . . because they KNOW that SO many naive, Biblically ignorant people will buy into it!

God warns us to be on the lookout for the spirit of error that comes from Satan and his demons. Satan was a liar from the beginning, and that is why believers must be armed with the sword of the Spirit, the Holy Word of God! (Eph.6:17; Heb.4:12). We must guard God’s Word . . . ever so carefully tending it!

When God's Words are written on our hearts we are not so easily taken in by charlatans, false teachers or enticed into a cult. Open that marvelous Book my friend!

1 Timothy 6:19-21 Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. 20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: 21 Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen. (KJV)

Knowing the TRUTH is SO important to us and our faith! Remember, Biblical Truth is NOT found in these so-called "Christians" who abandon Church doctrine and rely on what God or so-called angels say to them in visions and dreams. PLEASE do NOT fall for this garbage! Please do NOT ever abandon the Bible to follow the teachings of these greedy men and women . . . wolves in sheep's clothing! Run as fast as you can from anyone who denies the Deity of Jesus Christ or brings any damnable heresy.
