Spiritual Conception, Born Again

2 Peter 2:1-3 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (KJV)

Only Jesus Can Make You a Child of God!

John 1:12-13 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (KJV)

But as many as received him; means those who believe God (1 John 5:10-12) and accept Christ as Saviour (John 3:15-16). We must believe in Christ Jesus, submit to Him and obey Him! When we sincerely receive Him into our hearts, to them gave he power to become the sons of God. ONLY Jesus has the power and authority to make us children of God.

To them that believe on his name; this is the PRIVILEGE of all that believe in the Name of Christ. To believe in His Name is to believe that He and He alone redeemed us by His Work on the cross. Jesus paid for OUR sins on that cross. We can be made righteous in God's Eyes ONLY through JESUS! (1 Cor.1:30; 5:21). We can be justified in God's Eyes ONLY through JESUS! (Rom.3:22; 4:5; 5:1,6,9.18; 1 Cor. 6:11; 2 Cor.5:21; Gal.2:16; Tit.3:7).

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. (KJV)

John 3:5-7 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (KJV)

Romans 3:22-26 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. (KJV)

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: (KJV)

Romans 6:22-23 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV)

1 Peter 1:18-19 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: (KJV)

We can do nothing except BELIEVE God, to be being born again into God's family. It is ALL in God's Hands! Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Ephesians 1:9-14 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: 10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: 11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. (KJV)

Everyone Is Still Mortal Humans

Physically, there is no difference between the most righteous person and the most evil person. Both are still completely human and subject to the grave. Ecc. 9:2 All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean; to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: as is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth an oath. (KJV)

BUT, friend . . . there IS a VAST difference in what awaits each individual AFTER death! It can mean eternal life in a mansion in blissful Heaven (John 14:2) for the person who is born again spiritually into God's family . . . OR it can mean eternity in an agonizing Hell for the unrepentant wicked . . . those who refuse to believe God and who reject and deny Jesus, the ONLY One Who can save them. 2 Thes. 1:8-9 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (KJV)

Please consider that God is love, YES! But also consider that God is also a God of wrath! He CANNOT lie (Tit.1:2), and He says that He shall send ALL those not written in the Lamb's Book of Life to HELL! Rev. 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (KJV) . . . Believe this friend! PLEASE consider eternity! Your eternal soul depends on it!

1 John 2:28-29 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. (KJV)
